Dr. barbara Keller
Barbara Keller is food chemist (University Hamburg), PhD in food microbiology (ETHZ). She worked in food control (Kantonales Laboratorium St Gallen), R&D (Unilever Research Laboratory in Vlaardingen and University Utrecht (NLD) on development of microbiological test methods (Elisa, DNA probes, PCR).
She has 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Purchasing (CPC, Bestfoods, Unilever) in European and global functions. Experience in GM management for raw materials, supplier assurance, development of GMP Standards Auditing and auditing programs, auditor education, certifications (GMP, GM, Bio), HACCP, risk evaluation, incident management.
15 years she worked for CTI (expert life science group, coaching the national thematic network Swiss Food Research and delegate for NRP 69 of the National Fond).
She is member of the „Landwirtschaftliche Forschungsrat“.
